Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This website is operated on behalf of David Leifeste (“we,” “us”). We respect your privacy and keep this simple: we collect only what you choose to give us, we use it only to respond to you and to send you what you asked for, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (working with David, speaking inquiries, contact, or the newsletter), we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number if provided, and your message. We also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations you request, and — if you subscribed — send you David's email newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system and a secure internal audit log. We use trusted service providers to host this website and process submissions; they are bound to handle your data only on our instructions.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your form submissions for advertising. A note for clarity: submitting a form on this website does not create a counselor–client relationship, and you should not include sensitive health information in a form submission.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — reach out through the contact formand we'll take care of it.
