Meet David Leifeste
David Leifeste, M.S., L.P.C., has spent more than forty years in counseling, executive coaching, and public speaking. Using proven strategies and a deep knowledge of human psychology, he has helped more than 50,000 people overcome challenges and reach exciting new levels of personal and professional success.
David is the author of The Possibility of You: The O.A.S.I.S. Method to Unlocking a Life of Purpose and Passion — his groundbreaking methodology for shifting how we think about ourselves, our struggles, and our relationships, so we can make the rest of our lives the best of our lives.
The method wasn't invented at a desk. Across a hundred thousand counseling conversations, David kept noticing that the people who broke through shared the same patterns of thinking and behavior. He spent years naming those patterns, testing them, and turning them into specific tools anyone can use. Today the O.A.S.I.S. Method — Open, Analyze, Sense, Ideate, Shift — is the backbone of his book, his community, and his work with individuals and organizations.
A longtime resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, David holds a B.S. in Psychology from Oral Roberts University and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University. He continues to see clients in his practice while sharing the O.A.S.I.S. Method more widely through his book, his speaking, and the OASIS community.
